Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WalkingInACloud.com. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Returns Center on WalkingInACloud.com
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include the original packing slip, and affix the return label to the package
- Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location
Return Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and inspected once it is received at our distribution center. You will receive an email notification to confirm when your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label within Canada. For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the standard return process and select “Exchange” as your reason. If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will process a refund and notify you immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team through WalkingInACloud.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement product at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Please include photographs of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.
International Returns
We accept returns from international orders. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or import duties. Refunds for international returns will be issued for the product value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift Cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products without their original tags and packaging
- Personal care items
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, hosiery, and intimate apparel unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Status
You can check the status of your return at any time by logging into your account on WalkingInACloud.com or by using the tracking number provided with your return shipment.
Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year.
