Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow additional processing time during sale periods and holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days): $9.95 or FREE on orders over $75
  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $14.95
  • Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $19.95

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

United States Shipping Options:

  • Standard US Shipping (7-12 Business Days): $12.95
  • Expedited US Shipping (5-8 Business Days): $18.95

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on WalkingInACloud.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Some remote areas may require additional shipping time, and additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouse locations and arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our customer service team through WalkingInACloud.com for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders early and selecting expedited shipping to ensure timely delivery. Please check our website for specific holiday shipping deadlines and cut-off dates for guaranteed delivery before major holidays.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately through WalkingInACloud.com. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

For delicate items and footwear, we use special packaging materials to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Some high-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery for added security.
